Youth In Action Mentors
Middle School Students in Buena Vista and Salida are needed to mentor pre-school kids in their town. Interested middle school students should complete the forms below and turn them into their school counselor.

- Youth In Action Release Form (For parents to fill out)
- YIA Medical Info and Release Form (For Parents to fill out)
Deadlines for applications for the 2008-2009 school year:
- BUENA VISTA - Monday, September 8th
- SALIDA - Wednesday, September 10th
All middle schoolers chosen for Youth In Action are required to participate in 6 hours of leadership training. Training dates:
- BUENA VISTA - Monday, September 15th & Monday, September 22nd
- SALIDA - Wednesday, September 17th & Wednesday, September 24th
