MENTORING HOURS – YOUR LOG

Thanks for keeping track of the activities you’ve been doing and the time you’ve been spending with your mentee.  Remember, your mentoring logs help us help you!

Now, you can submit your mentoring hours directly onto our online database.  It’s easy and goes directly into our system.  Click here to go to the login page.  Call or email us to get your password the first time.

Once you enter your email address and your password, you will be able to see your match(es).  You can view all of the sessions entered and add new ones.  You can enter sessions one at a time or multiple sessions at once.  If entering multiple sessions, then put the last date in that month that you got together.  Be sure to include your number of sessions and hours for that month.  Phone hours and other information are optional.

If you want a piece of paper to work with, use one of these: Downloadable Mentor Log in Excel or Mentor Log in pdf Once we get your paper, we enter your hours into our database.

NEED IDEAS?

All of us get stuck sometimes and don’t know what to do with our mentee or want to add freshness to the match.  Check out these websites to find out more about what’s going on in Buena Vista and Salida.  There’s lots of free local activities that are great.  If there’s something you want to do that costs money and you want some support — call us!
